Sparkle Points Not working
The rewards system we have used for years is not responding and we have reached out to the developer of the app without a response. We cannot access points from our end as well and are trying to find a new system that will carry all of the order history over. If wanting to redeem points right now and have an idea of what they may be, please email us at support@kolejax.com and we can manually issue until getting this straightened out.
