Answers to Frequently asked questions.
Commissions are 25% of sales procured through your website before shipping and after any discounts. We payout every Friday for the previous week's Friday-Thurs. There is a $35 min commission amount for payout to happen, your balance will roll over until you meet that threshold.
There are team bonuses earn-able for each calendar month you can stack them all.
Bronze- Network/Team commissions equal $100 receive $16 bonus, must also have $100 in personal sales.
Silver-Network/Team commissions equal $300 receive a $60 bonus, must also have $100 in personal sales.
Gold -Network/Team commissions equal $800 receive a $120 bonus, must also have $100 in personal sales.
Starter kits are totally optional and include jewelry credits that you can go shop with. The initial purchase of starter kit is commissionable (you will receive 25% commission rebate on the starter kit)

When placing an order as a stylist you will order from your own website link just as your customer would. A Stylist may purchase up to 2 kits within 12 months of original kit purchase.
Sparkle Points (Customer rewards and Sparkle Parties) As mentioned above link there is a video showing how sparkle points/parties work. Customers will need to create their own rewards account. Sparkle points are not viewable in the stylist portal currently. They are viewable under each ordering or customer account.
