Product was beautiful when received. The issue I have with this company is that it took a while to receive it. Granted they wanted to let me know that they had noted it would take up to three weeks to get but it was to be worn during the Christmas season. Most of the season passed for my wife to be able to wear it enough. Secondly, and most importantly, the picture of the Santa face was glued onto the oval and after one wear….and waiting so long to get…it fell apart. VERY disappointing and I do NOT recommend!!

I have been on a bit of a buying spree of these fabulous necklaces! I wore one to a friend's Christmas party recently and she immediately commented on how much she liked it. I took it off my neck, and put it on hers and said, "Merry Christmas, friend!" She wanted me to send her the link to your website, so you may have just earned another customer.
